Dr Nilesh Kumar

Dr Nilesh Kumar has been trained from the leading institutes with MBBS from Kasturba Medical College, Manipal; DOMS from Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Belagavi and DNB from Lotus Eye Hospital and Insitute, Coimbatore. He has been trained in phacorefractive surgeries, glaucoma surgeries and retinal procedures and has experience of over 3000 surgeries.

He has an extreme interest in innovation and research. He has developed "World's First Smartphone-Based Gonio-imaging Device (DIGS Pro)" which is used for screening of glaucoma patients. He has won multiple national awards and has been the winner of "All India Talent Search" by "AIOS Scientific Committee". He has authored over 65 research papers and aims to bring research-based accurate diagnosis and treatment to the general population.
